Dubai Hills Estates will also feature an iconic commercial centre, high-end retail centers, as well as various low and mid-rise residences. To cater for the business and leisure travelers there will also be a number of high end hotels and serviced hotel apartment buildings. Further adding to the convenience of residents Dubai Creek Harbour will also feature educational institutions, healthcare facilities and various community centers. Not limited to Dubai Creek Harbour and Dubai Hills Estate alone, some other notable off plan projects by Emaar include Arabian Ranches 2 as well as the Opera District. Once completed the Opera District is set to become the cultural centre of Dubai. It's only the second week of 2017 and Emaar Properties has already launched its first project for 2017 - Downtown Views 2. Located in Downtown Dubai, Downtown Views 2 will be built on a nine-storey podium that’s part of the ongoing expansion of The Dubai Mall. This 55 story tower will offer great views of Downtown Dubai and will also offer its residents direct access to the new part of Dubai Mall. The tower will consist of 418 residences and will feature a range of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments as well as a collection of duplexes. The project comes with a 70/30% payment plan with completion scheduled for Q4 2020. This exciting new development will feature two towers at 52 and 42 stories. Both towers will feature a range of stylish 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments. JBR The Address Jumeirha Resort and Spa One of the latest off plan realeses by Emaar this 290 meter high twin tower will contain 19,690 square metres of area. This will be comprised of 182-room 5 star hotel, serviced residences and residential apartments. The two towers will share a common podium with the hotel and serviced residences housed in one tower, and the apartments in the other. The development will alos feature a rooftop infinity pool along with various food and beverage outlets, including a lounge at the top of the building. Due to its absolute beach front location The Address Jumeirah and Spa will have uniterupted views of the sea and Dubai eye.
